CF2: Carpenter for Concrete Company
CMH Concrete is hiring an experienced carpenter for building and setting forms for residential and commercial concrete projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Carpentry experience, preferably in building and setting forms for concrete. Have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation.
Education and Experience Required:
Minimum one-year experience carpentry services. Self-directed and ability to implement concrete form building with limited supervision. Detail oriented and accurate carpentry skills.

CP1: Boom Truck Operator
CMH Concrete Pumping is hiring an experienced Boom Pump Operator holding a Class B CDL to safely drive and operate our concrete pumps.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-trip inspection of concrete pumps pursuant to Colorado DOT regulations.
- Pre-trip inspections include checking fluid levels of engine oil, antifreeze, tire pressure, brakes, and other driver-operated controls such as hydraulic systems, line systems, and hydraulics.
- Fills water tank before each project by placing rubber hose into a water tank and filling after checking that all valves are shut.
- Safely drive to assigned job sites.
- UsesGPS, when necessary, and take the most direct route to job sites to ensure on-time service.
- Safely drive concrete pump onto a site and work with contractor or homeowner to set up the pump in a safe position.
- Pump concrete pursuant to customer desire with respect to yards per hour in the safest manner.
- Upon completion, the operator will clean out pump systems in the project that were desired by the contractor or homeowner, in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Keep supervisor informed as to the status of projects via cell phone.
- Prior to leaving the job site, be responsible for completing all paperwork and collection of monies if necessary.
- Operator is responsible to call dispatch each day for start time.
- Operator is expected to perform a post-trip inspection of the concrete pump pursuant to Colorado DOT standards and communicate with maintenance any issues with the truck or pumping equipment.
Education and Experience Required:
- Minimum one-year experience in boom pumps.
- Must have education or equivalent experience, certificates, licenses, and registrations for pump operations.
- Must safely operate a pump truck and perform tasks that are congruent with company policy, and within state and federal laws.

FR 1: Foundation Repair Worker
Build new foundations and stabilize old ones, pour additions, equipement and hand excavation, install on site drainage and work in crawl spaces. We are looking for punctual, hard working individuals with a willingness to listen and learn from our highly qualified leaders.
Large equipment and concrete background recommended but not needed for the right candidate. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required. Tools provided. Bi lingual preferred. Must be able to lift 80lbs on a regular basis. Competitive pay with an opportunity to move up quickly.
